One step closer...

I'm sure not many college students have been to where I've been to this afternoon. Unless you're a contracted Aramark employee, you enter an entirely new dimension when you've entered the storage refrigerator of a college dining facility.

It is with this visit that I have an idea. To better understand how UCI Dining, a food management entity that supplies about 14,000 meals a day to students, is integrated into our global food system, I will track one of its food sources: a lemon.
