@cassan: Thanks! According to Sally Fallon in Nourishing Traditions, kiku is a Persian or Arabic egg omelette. Its distinct ingredients include saffron, eggplants, and lemons. Eggplants can be substituted for zuchinni or greens. I added some fish. Delicousness.
